Fortunately, our Professional Development and Training team team is able to adapt, holding many of our programs remotely (including Customized programming) during spring term. In Portland, Oregon, the laws and rules that regulate tattooing come primarily from two bodies: the Board of Electrologists and Body Art Practitioners and the Health Licensing Office.

Electricians in Portland need to pay attention to Oregon’s Electrical Specialty Code, which will implement regulations based on the National Electric Code (NEC) throughout 2020.
