Meet Your Instructor:  Nara Luy, PhD

Nara Luy is an instructor for PCC's Interpersonal Neurobiology program. She teaches Embodied Relational Mindfulness.

As a Licensed Psychologist, Nara Luy’s areas of research and teaching include mindfulness-based approaches and multi-cultural/generational/perspective differences in human relationships and diversity. Nara holds a PhD in Psychology from Oregon Health & Science University, an MS in Management & Leadership from Oregon Graduate Institute/OHSU, and started her career as an Engineer.

Nara believes that one’s ability to be flexible and curious is the key to learning, teaching and growth. She enjoys yoga, meditating, hiking, traveling and reading. When not engaged in her private practice or hobbies, Nara is busy with her family and children.
