Meet Your Instructor:  Robin Gatter

Robin Gatter is an instructor in the Functional Nutrition program at PCC's Institute for Health Professionals. She teaches Nutritional Counseling Skills.

Robin GatterRobin Gatter, MS, CNS, LDN, NBC-HWC, graduated from the University of Bridgeport with an MS in Human Nutrition. Robin is a Certified Nutrition Specialist (CNS), a Licensed Nutritionist  in Florida, Washington, Maryland, Connecticut, Illinois and Minnesota, and a board-certified health coach with NBHWC. 

Robin always had a passion for cooking and healthy eating and prior to becoming a CNS, Robin worked in restaurants and catering companies in Connecticut, Florida, Martha’s Vineyard and as a private chef in Kailua Kona, Hawaii and Palm Beach, FL and worked with clients with chronic health conditions. Robin has a private practice, Robin Gatter Nutrition, which focuses on nutrition for executive dysfunction, mental health nutrition, GI issues, and eating disorders.

In addition to teaching at PCC, Robin is also adjunct faculty at Sonoran University of Health Sciences and teaches the Teaching Kitchen Lab to students in their MS in Nutrition program.

Robin lives in West Palm Beach, FL and loves exploring different waterways in her kayak.
