What courses do you teach?
Project Management Fundamentals, Intermediate Project Management,  Innovation and New Products.

Why do you teach?
I enjoy equipping students with foundation skills they can immediately use in both their professional and personal life for their success in whatever career path they choose.

What is your background? (What is your real world experience?)
Diversified corporate background in operations and Human Resources with Business and Investment Real Estate Sales. Experience working with mid-size and small business in achieving their strategic growth objectives.  Over 20 years of teaching experience in diverse areas including basic business (BA 101, Project Management, Innovation, and Intercultural Communications).

What kind of transformation do you see in your students during a course?
The ability to take complex subject matter and immediately apply in practical applications in the workplace.

Tell us about a time that you were most proud in your role as an instructor.
When students tell me that the tools have enabled them to gain immediate promotions or assistance in meeting a new career goal.

What is one misconception you see in this field or subject matter area that you teach?  Project Management is not just for engineers, we all work on projects.  Management today has become Management through Projects.

If you could give one piece of advice to all your future students, what would it be?
A focus on "chasing your potential" in doing your best.

How do you keep yourself knowledgeable and up to date on trends in your field/ subject matter area? I find that speaking engagements incentive me to be current and conduct research on topics at hand and communicate best practices.

What do you like to do for fun?
I enjoy Hiking, Boating, Reading
