Torie Scott, MA, MLibr is an instructor in Foundations of Clinical Research. She teaches the session Quality Research and Library Science.
Torie is a reference and instruction librarian, and a member of the Library faculty at Portland Community College. She has worked at PCC since 2001. Torie’s primary role in the library is teaching students to find information and evaluate it for relevance and credibility. She enjoys investigating alongside students and other researchers as they look into topics ranging from Colony Collapse Disorder to using dogs to detect cancer.
