Our unique program is currently offered via Zoom for the first time as the college responds responsibility to the COVID-19 pandemic - so you can still explore and master new subjects - from the comfort and safe social-distancing of your own home.
Supervision Series
The supervision series combines three classes to offer a foundation for skills that are always needed - but rarely developed with intentionality. The program focuses on interpersonal skills, emphasizes communication abilities and works to management skills in; managing people, dealing with complaints, delegating effectively, implementing change and coaching for improved performance.
Leadership Skills
You have the power to turn on or turn off the productivity of the people who report to you. This course will give you the skills in communication, coaching, and conflict that you need to be successful.
Delegating
This workshop will explore many facets of delegation. We will examine the delegation process step by step, including when to delegate and to whom, and learn techniques to overcome problems.
Coaching
Develops a partnership with participants employees that includes providing support as well as challenging opportunities. Learn the differences between advising, mentoring and coaching, and when employees can benefit from each.
